What to do in the case of an emergency

If you are having shortness of breath, fainting, chest pain, or other severe symptoms, please DO NOT contact our office.  Call 911 for assessment at your nearest hospital.

When you should see your family physician first

If there has been a change to your symptoms or if you have questions about your medications, please see your family physician first.  If they have questions or concerns, your family physician should then contact our office for further direction.

Prescription refills and workers compensation forms should also be done via your family physician’s office.
